A charming Home Pilates Studio located in Mount Brydges, ON, where tranquility meets transformation. At our studio, we are proud to offer an intimate and personalized Pilates experience that caters to your unique fitness goals.
We provide One-on-One Private Sessions, Semi Private Sessions and Trio Private Sessions in our fully equipped Home Studio.
Whether you prefer the undivided attention of a 1:1 session or the camaraderie of a 2:1 or 3:1 session with a friend or family member, Cassondra is dedicated to guiding you on a transformative journey.

Our teachings are based on STOTT PILATES® Principles and are designed to work the full body with constant emphasis on building strength from the inside out. By building a strong core and foundation, you will enhance stability and balance, improve posture and decrease body aches and pains. You'll be able to move in a way that your body was truly designed to move, ultimately leading to a better quality of your everyday life!
Services We Offer
Private Sessions
Private Pilates is predominately the best way to reach your individual needs and fitness goals. Whether you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, pre/post natal or a regular mover, your private sessions will be tailored to a one-on-one training program that is specifically designed just for you!
Semi Private Sessions
Semi Private Pilates sessions offer the next best thing to private sessions! Share your time & cost with a partner, family member or friend. Personalized Duet session are designed just for you and your partner, recognizing your body's needs and goals. They're also a great way to stay accountable!
Trio Sessions
Trio Private Sessions are designed to work on the goals of the three participants attending the class. It's as if having a shared one-on-one session, but some would argue even more fun and at a reduced cost! All participants will be performing sessions together and be guided and progressed by the Instructor to address your goals.
